Kurt Kandler is the co-founder of The 410 Bridge, a Christ-centered, community-initiated development organization founded in 2006 and named after 1 Peter 4:10. With a passion for redefining the war on poverty, Kurt has dedicated his life to transforming how the world engages with the poor—both in the communities where The 410 Bridge works and in the way the West approaches poverty alleviation. His dedication to this mission led him to author If You Really Want to Help, a book that challenges conventional methods of poverty intervention and offers a new way forward. Kurt and his wife, Erika, live in the Atlanta area, where they enjoy their ever-expanding family, including four grown children and two grandchildren.
